Clean Sweep Services was set up in 2007, during what was arguably the toughest economic period in living history. But thanks to a great level of service and lots of happy customers, we’re going strong and growing.

When you choose Clean Sweep Services, you don’t need to worry about equipment. We provide everything needed. Most of the equipment we use belongs to us, but occasionally, where specialist equipment is required, we rent it.

We currently work for 10 Managing Agents, including a total of 18 Property Managers and more than 50 properties; so as you can see, we have a great following.

We are comprehensively insured for the work we do.  Our contract provides for €6.5 million Public Liability and €13 million Employers Liability, which gives you the peace of mind your rightly require.

At Clean Sweep Services, we are in no doubt that our staff is one of our greatest assets.  Every member of our team is selected and trained to work on their own or with little supervision.   We also carry out regular spot site visits keep the standards of service high.

We are regularly asked to provide out of hours services.  Thanks to the trust and reliability of our staff, you can confidently leave your work to us while you’re elsewhere.

Our offers are subject to 12 month contracts but if the services are not as agreed, you are of course free to break the contract. Terms and conditions of exiting the contract are described in your contract of service (please ask us for a copy).

Because of the way we work, it’s rare for a client to be unhappy.  Normally if there are any slight ‘niggles’, they are dealt with swiftly and professionally.  However, in the event that a big problem does arise, we’re always ready to work with the client to find a solution.

We work within strict Health and Safety regulations.  We can provide full details on request.

Yes, when you work with Clean Sweep Services, you won’t need to buy any products, because they’re all included in the price.

Our company culture and business model means that absence is a very rare occurrence. However, if a member of staff cannot come to work for good reason they are obliged to notify us before their working hours start. We then make arrangements to send a replacement as soon as possible (in most cases the same day).

Extra work is rarely an issue, so all you need to do is ask.  If, for any reason, the work you need done isn’t within our capability, we’re almost certain to know someone in our trusted network who can help.

Our typical rate for cleaning service starts at as little as 13.5 euro per hour and for gardening services at as little as 19.5 euro per hour. Exclusive of VAT at 13.5%
